Hello Everyone, and Welcome To My Website
Please follow along with me on my travels to Becoming God's Woman...of excellence...the best that we can be. I invite you to share this web site with your family & friends, and especially anyone you know who has been a victim of abuse. The book at the right was written for those victims, to help them to heal, & has been called a "roadmap" to recovery & living the rest of your life victoriously. I read quite a bit of your website tonight. I'm impressed with your passion on the subject of molestation of children, etc. I totally aagree that the punishment of such crimes must be upped to make it not worth the act. If they knew that their own life would be on the line (in prison) there would be less I believe.
ReplyDeleteI am working on developing a website for myself. I'm a writer and have been published for over 25 years (devotionals, newspaper human interest articles, and working on first book--ever so slowly). I hope to get your book and read it. I teach what are called "Set My Spirit Free" classes. Many subjects which are instructional and then time for the students to share in the areas of past which they now recognize need some work. Issues of parental abuse, whether sexual, verbal, or physical. Sometimes we are stuck back there somewhere with emotional responses that we carry over until today. The purpose of the classes is to share that we don't have to remain in our old patterns, etc.
Have had a good deal of success even though in small numbers.
When I get a website set up, you might want to have your link listed on it. My websitee will be to blog about issues and topics and bring encouragement to God's people dealing particularly with long-term illness or chronic disease or illness. This will go along with my forthcoming book.
Blessings on your website. You can email me at pqfreeman40@yahoo.com You can see a few devotions at christiandevotions.us a couple of them are under "example". There will be more. They post someone's devotion daily if you are interested in writing for them. Phyllis Qualls Freeman
